District administration of Islamabad has suggested the government to call in Pakistan Army |Faizabad Dharna

After Faizabad Interchange was cleared in the wake of brief crackdown, the protesters agreed to give in and set their tents on fire of their own accord. The protesters, having receded, regrouped at Tramri Chowk and started pelting stones at the personnel of security forces, killing one FC man.
At least 80 demonstrators have been arrested. Several police vehicles have been torched by the protesters on
Faizabad bridge. The district administration of federal capital said human lives may be wasted in the clashes; hence, the military should be summoned in to avert further damage. The administration is of the view that once the military takes positions vis-a-vis the demonstrators, situation will return to normality with the protesters being peaceful again.
The authorities have apprised Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi of the latest situation.
Several options including clamping curfew on Faizabad and its surrounding areas have been put on the table.
